Players must be able to get around on ice on there own
U9 - 11:15am-12:30pm. (FULL)
U11 - 12:45pm-2:00pm.
(accepting 2nd year U9 if player has skated with U11 before)
U13-15 3:45pm -5:00pm

5 Hours On-ice INDIVIDUAL CORE SKILLS , Specialized skating instruction U7 on-ice activities individualized for age group. Small area games for maximum ice-time. Ability to match Players level for competitive play for all.
Our obstacle-based skating forces players to accelerate, cut and explode while controlling the puck and making decisions as you would see in game like situations (age specific) with and without pucks
